Orders are for specific services and timeframes. This is not permanent ownership, a guarantee of future code retrieval, or lifetime use of any external account. Acceptance in any specific app is not guaranteed.
5. Deposits and Order Cancellation
Deposited balance is non-refundable and only for buying numbers and emails. Wallet adjustments for order cancellations and payment verification details are in the refund policy. Only paid and verified money will be added to the balance.
6. Gmail Rental (Partner Program)
By submitting Gmail, you permit its use for legal service needs during the rental period. Do not submit accounts without permission. Income is not fixed and depends on buyer demand and account quality. Withdrawal rules for Gmail income apply separately.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided 'as is' without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, SMS Free and its partners are not liable for direct, indirect, or accidental losses, account bans by external services, or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Termination and Modification
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service or accounts for policy violations. Terms may change, and continued use signifies acceptance of revised terms. All disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the operating jurisdiction.
