1. Deposits are Non-Refundable
Money successfully deposited into SMS Free wallet is not refunded to cash, bank, mobile wallet, or the original payment method. Requests for withdrawal of unused deposits, accidental excess deposits, or change of mind also fall under this policy.
Deposited balance can only be used to buy numbers and emails. It is not a withdrawable saving or investment. Therefore, deposit money understanding your needs.
2. Order Money Return to Wallet
In case of no code, expiration, or approved cancellation, the charged amount may be returned to SMS Free wallet according to final order status and cancellation rules. This is balance for buying new numbers or emails; it is not a cash refund of the deposit.
Generally, there is no opportunity for order cancellation or refund after code is received or usage is complete. Simply closing the browser or not entering the code is not proof of order cancellation.
3. Regarding No OTP
OTP delivery depends on the network, operator, and the rules of the service where the number or email is used. Not receiving an OTP does not necessarily mean an error by SMS Free; the company cannot be held responsible for external network or operator problems, within the limits of applicable law.
Check order duration and cancellation options. If applicable, cancel the order and choose another operator, country, or number. OTP arrival or account activation in any specific service is not guaranteed.
4. Payment Successful, Balance Not Arrived
Money is not added just by showing a success screen or screenshot; payment verification completion is essential. If money is deducted but balance has not arrived, contact us with transaction ID, amount, time, and proof. Balance will be adjusted in the correct account after verification.
Additional charges from payment services are not purchase balance. For example, if there is a 2% charge on a BDT 100 deposit, paying BDT 102 results in a BDT 100 deposit balance; applicable charges will be shown at payment.
5. Incorrect Accounting and Separate Income Balance
Claiming the same transaction multiple times, false proof, or use of unauthorized funds is unacceptable. Accounting errors or actual double deduction complaints will be investigated separately.
Gmail rental income and referral commissions are separate from deposits. These incomes have their own rules for withdrawal eligibility, minimum amounts, and verification; deposit money cannot be claimed as that income.
6. Support and Legal Rights
Send account email and order/transaction ID for support; do not send passwords, cookies, or recovery codes. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
